Lynn Glenn
The Lynn Glen Walk - Repair and Maintenance Project.
The Lynn Glen Walk was bequeathed to the community of Dalry by Miss Margaret Archibald as a recreational walk back in the 1970s. Over the years it had become overgrown with muddy paths, fallen trees, and bridges that needed urgent work and attention.
To ensure this stunning community asset was not lost to Dalry the Dalry Community Development Hub steering group agreed in May 2014 to attempt to bring the Lynn Glen Walk back to its former glory.
This has been an ongoing project. Much work has been achieved to date but more still needs to be done. The DCDH continues to work with NAC and EAW to develop and maintain Lynn Glen for the benefit of Dalry and the North Ayrshire community.
